BLM and Forest Service Release Draft Environmental Impact Statement for Off-Highway Vehicle Management

The Bureau of Land Management and Forest Service have released a draft environmental impact statement and plan amendment for managing off-highway vehicle use on public lands in Montana, North Dakota, and South Dakota, with five alternatives to address the impacts of OHV travel on open areas.
