USDA Amends School Meal Programs to Limit Cow's Milk for Infants

The US Department of Agriculture (USDA) has updated the National School Lunch Program, School Breakfast Program, and Child and Adult Care Food Program to restrict the serving of whole cow's milk to infants under one year of age, instead requiring breast milk or iron-fortified formula.
