FDIC to Stop Enforcing OTS FOIA and PA Regulations After Transfer Date

The FDIC will no longer enforce OTS Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) and Privacy Act (PA) regulations, effective July 21, 2011, and instead address these issues under its own disclosure of information and PA regulations, as amended.
