EPA to Hold Public Meetings on Proposed Rule to Lower Lead Reporting Thresholds

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) will hold public meetings to gather comments on a proposed rule to lower the reporting thresholds for lead and lead compounds, which could significantly increase the number of reports submitted and result in more facilities filing reports for the first time.
