EPA Approves Nebraska's Plan to Control Hospital Waste Emissions

The US Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) has proposed to approve the state of Nebraska's plan to control emissions from existing hospital and medical waste incinerators, which must be constructed before June 20, 1996, in accordance with the Clean Air Act.
