Airworthiness Directives; Bell Helicopter Textron, Inc. Model 412, 412EP, and 412CF Helicopters

Bell Helicopter Textron, Inc. Model 412, 412EP, and 412CF helicopters are subject to a new airworthiness directive requiring inspections and measurements of main rotor yoke assemblies to prevent fatigue failure and loss of control. The directive was prompted by an emergency landing due to severe main rotor vibration.
