EPA Approves Vermont Negative Declaration for Hospital/Infectious Waste Incinerators

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) has approved the Vermont Agency of Natural Resources' (ANR) negative declaration, stating that there are no hospital/medical/infectious waste incinerators within the state's boundaries.
