Acid Rain Program: Draft Acid Rain Compliance Plan

The U.S. Environmental Protection Agency is issuing a draft nitrogen oxides (NO X ) compliance plan in accordance with the Acid Rain Program regulations (40 CFR parts 72 and 76). Because the Agency does not anticipate receiving adverse comments, the draft NO X compliance plan is also being issued as a direct final action in the notice of a final NO X compliance plan published elsewhere in today's Federal Register.
