EPA Approves No Discharge Zone for Key West Waters

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) has concurred with the State of Florida's determination that adequate pumpout facilities exist around the waters of Key West, allowing the city to qualify as a No Discharge Zone (NDZ). This decision follows a petition from the State of Florida requesting a determination under the Clean Water Act.
