Farm Service Agency to Provide Notice to Delinquent Farm Loan Program Borrowers of Potential for Cross-Servicing

The Farm Service Agency is revising its policies to inform delinquent borrowers of the possibility of having their debt transferred to the Department of the Treasury for collection, in accordance with the Debt Collection Improvement Act of 1996, which mandates cross-servicing of delinquent non-tax debt.
