Defense Department Proposes Changes to Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement to Address Anticompetitive Teamings

The Director of Defense Procurement is proposing amendments to the Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement to add policy addressing exclusive teaming arrangements, which may be in violation of antitrust laws.
