Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement to Allow Small Business Participation in Indian Incentive Program

The Director of Defense Procurement is proposing to update the Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement to include new provisions that enable small business contractors to participate in the Indian Incentive Program, which offers incentive payments for using Indian organizations and Indian-owned economic enterprises as subcontractors.
