Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement to Clarify Debarment Process

The Director of Defense Procurement has issued a final rule to amend the DFARS, clarifying the historical practice of agencies and the original intent of the regulation regarding the process for referring matters to the agency's debarring and suspending official, and allowing for the initiation of debarment or suspension without a referral or specific information in the report format.
