Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement Amended to Support Small Disadvantaged Businesses and Higher Education Institutions

The Director of Defense Procurement has issued a final rule to extend the contract award goal for small disadvantaged businesses and certain institutions of higher education for an additional three years, as mandated by Section 808 of the National Defense Authorization Act for Fiscal Year 2000.
