Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement Amends Subcontracting Goals for Blind or Severely Disabled Purchases

The Director of Defense Procurement has issued a final rule to implement Section 807 of the National Defense Authorization Act for Fiscal Year 2000, making permanent the authority for contractors to credit purchases from nonprofit agencies for the blind or severely disabled toward their small business subcontracting goals.
