Ketchikan Public Utilities Publishes Draft Environmental Assessment for Public Review

Ketchikan Public Utilities has made its draft environmental assessment available for public review, as required by law, in accordance with the National Environmental Policy Act (NEPA) and the Federal Register notice dated March 17, 2022, (https://www.federalregister.gov/documents/2022/03/17/2022-06515/ketchikan-public-utilities-draft-environmental-assessment-for-the-ketchikan-water-and-sewer-system-upgrade-project).
