NACMCF to Hold Public Meetings on Performance Criteria and Risk Assessment Models

The National Advisory Committee on Microbiological Criteria for Foods (NACMCF) will hold public meetings on December 8-10, 1999, to discuss performance criteria for fresh juice and risk assessment models related to Escherichia coli O157:H7 in ground beef. The Food Safety Inspection Service (FSIS) will present information on these models during the meetings.
