EPA Revises 1998 and 1999 Rules for Hazardous Waste Combustors

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) is revising its 1998 and 1999 rules for hazardous waste combustors, clarifying the Notification of Intent to Comply and Progress Report requirements, correcting a typographical error in the comparable fuels specification table, and addressing an omission in residue testing requirements.
