Coast Guard to Hold Lottery for Vessel Anchorages at OPSAIL 2000/INR 2000 in Upper New York Bay

The Coast Guard Activities New York is seeking applications from vessel owners and operators over 25 meters in length to participate in a lottery for anchorage permits in Upper New York Bay during OPSAIL 2000/INR 2000 events from June 29 to July 5, 2000, to manage vessel numbers and reduce collision risks.
