Notice of Availability of Supplemental Environmental Impact Statement and Preferred Action for Proposed Sand and Gravel Mining Operation in Los Angeles County

The Bureau of Land Management has released a supplemental environmental impact statement addressing a new proposal by Transit Mixed Concrete Company to transport mine material by conveyor belt instead of open trucks, and invites public comments on the preferred action.
