Agency Announces Information Collection Request for OMB Review and Approval

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) is seeking public comment on a new Information Collection Request (ICR) for NESHAP, Benzene Waste Operations, which will be reviewed by the Office of Management and Budget (OMB) for approval, with an expiration date of February 29, 2000.
