EPA Proposes Source-Specific FIP for Tri-Cities Landfill Project

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) is proposing a source-specific Federal Implementation Plan (FIP) to regulate emissions from a proposed gas-to-energy project at the Tri-Cities landfill, located on the Salt River Pima-Maricopa Indian Community reservation in Maricopa County, Arizona.
