FDIC Requests Public Comment on Renewal of Information Collection for Registered Transfer Agents
The Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation (FDIC) is requesting public comment on the renewal of an existing information collection, Request for Deregistration for Registered Transfer Agents, as required by the Paperwork Reduction Act of 1995. The FDIC submitted the request to the Office of Management and Budget (OMB) for review, following a 60-day public comment period that ended on September 21, 2011.
