Establishment of Class E Airspace; Brownsville, PA

This notice proposes to establish Class E airspace at Brownsville, PA. A Global Positioning System (GPS) Standard Instrument Approach Procedure (SIAP), 294 helicopter Point in Space approach, has been developed for Brownsville Hospital Brownsville, PA. Controlled airspace extending upward from 700 feet to 1200 feet Above Ground Level (AGL) is needed to contain aircraft executing the approach. This action proposes to establish Class E airspace to include the Point in Space approach to Brownsville Hospital. The area would be depicted on aeronautical charts for pilot reference.
