EPA Finds Pima County CO Limited Maintenance Plan Adequate for Conformity Purposes

The US Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) has determined that Pima County's CO Limited Maintenance Plan is sufficient for transportation conformity purposes, allowing the county to avoid using a motor vehicle emissions budget from the plan for future determinations, effective December 8, 1999.
