HUD Clarifies Manual Submissions and Extension Requests Under PHAS

This notice provides additional information to public housing agencies and the public regarding HUD's process for approving manual submissions of unaudited year-end financial and management information, as well as extension requests for these submissions under the Public Housing Assessment System (PHAS).
