Public Housing Agency Plans; Option To Extend First Submission Due Date for Certain Public Housing Agencies

The U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) is providing a notice to public housing agencies (PHAs) that must submit their first Annual Plans by December 1999 or January 2000, informing them that they have the option to extend their submission deadline to December 31, 2000, or January 31, 2000, respectively. HUD will soon release additional guidance to PHAs on their plan submission process.
