Transit Mixed Concrete Company to Mine Sand and Gravel in Soledad Canyon, California, Under Federal Clean Air Act Guidelines

The Bureau of Land Management has issued a draft conformity determination for Transit Mixed Concrete Company's proposed sand and gravel mining operation in Soledad Canyon, Los Angeles County, California, in compliance with the Federal Clean Air Act and seeking public comment on the plan by January 10, 2000.
