EPA Approves Maricopa County CO Attainment Plan for Conformity Purposes

The US Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) has deemed the submitted Maricopa County Carbon Monoxide (CO) Attainment Plan sufficient for future transportation conformity determinations, requiring the Maricopa Association of Governments and the Federal Highway Administration to use the CO emissions budget from the plan.
