EPA Makes Clean Water Act Section 303(d) List Submission Available for Public Comment in Louisiana

The US Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) has made available a Court Ordered Clean Water Act section 303(d) list and administrative record for the State of Louisiana, requesting public comment on the list, which includes 349 waters and 1,711 pollutants of concern, following a 1999 court judgment that found the state's 1998 list to be arbitrary and capricious.
