EPA Approves Massachusetts' Air Quality Implementation Plan

The US Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) has made an interim final determination that Massachusetts has corrected the deficiencies of its motor vehicle inspection and maintenance (I/M) program revision, paving the way for the program's implementation on December 15, 1999.
