SEC Approves NYSE Rule Change Proposal with Accelerated Approval

The Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) has approved a proposed rule change to NYSE Rule 64, following a notice of filing and accelerated approval of Amendment No. 1 to the proposed rule change.
