U.S. Government Publishes Additional Guidance for Valuing Gas from Indian Leases

The U.S. Minerals Management Service (MMS) has released new information to help determine the value of natural gas produced from Indian leases in designated index zones, following a collaborative rulemaking process with Indian tribes, oil and gas companies, and the government.
