FSIS Requests Extension and Revision of Information Collection for Food Safety and Inspection Service

The Food Safety and Inspection Service (FSIS) is seeking an extension and revision to its currently approved information collection for applications, laboratory accreditation, and exemptions for retail, custom, and religious slaughter operations, as mandated by the Paperwork Reduction Act of 1995 and OMB regulations.
