EPA Review of Public Participation Policies to Enhance Decision Making

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) has pledged to evaluate and update its public participation policies, with a review of regulations and policies to be completed by January 31, 2000, and a report to be submitted to the Administrator by that date.
