US Department of Commerce Finalizes Review of UK Steel Products, Affirms Preliminary Results

The US Department of Commerce has finalized its review of antidumping and countervailing duties on hot-rolled lead and bismuth carbon steel products from the UK, confirming that Niagara LaSalle (UK) Limited is the successor company to Glynwed Metals Processing Limited for duty purposes. The decision was made after a review of changed circumstances, which led to the affirmation of preliminary results published on October 5, 1999.
