DEA Proposes Fee Reductions for List I Chemical Registration and Reregistration

The Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA) is proposing to lower the fees for manufacturers, distributors, and exporters of List I chemicals, from $595 to $326 for initial registration and from $477 to $171 for reregistration, in an effort to align with current changes in costs or market values, as mandated by the Office of Management and Budget (OMB) Circular A-25.
