LSC Establishes Debarment, Suspension, and Removal of Auditor Authority

The Legal Services Corporation has implemented a rule allowing the Office of Inspector General to remove or suspend independent public accountants performing audit services for LSC recipients, following a notice and hearing process, in cases of good cause.
