EPA Approves Rhode Island's Air Quality Implementation Plan Revisions
The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) is proposing to approve several State Implementation Plan (SIP) revisions submitted by the State of Rhode Island, which establish requirements for facilities emitting volatile organic compounds (VOCs). The EPA anticipates no adverse comments and will approve the revisions as a direct final rule if no comments are received.
