Privacy Act of 1974; System of Records

The Executive Director of the Federal Retirement Thrift Investment Board (Board) is adopting as final the Board's proposed alteration to the Government-wide system of records, FRTIB-1, Thrift Savings Plan Records. This alteration adds new categories of records for spouses, former spouses, and beneficiaries of Thrift Savings Plan (TSP) participants.
