Modification of Class D Airspace and Establishment of Class E Airspace at Dayton, Wright-Patterson AFB, OH

The Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) has modified Class D airspace and established Class E airspace at Dayton, Wright-Patterson Air Force Base in Ohio, to clarify when two-way radio communication with the air traffic control tower is required, and to provide an alternative surface area when the tower is closed.
