EPA Approves Utah's Air Quality Implementation Plan Revisions for Road Salting and Sanding Requirements

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) is proposing to approve Utah's State Implementation Plan (SIP) revisions, which establish new requirements for road sanding and salting, update incorporation by reference, and delete obsolete measures for nonferrous smelters, without prior proposal, due to the noncontroversial nature of the revisions.
