EPA Proposes Approval of Air Quality Implementation Plans for Allegheny County, Pennsylvania

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) has proposed three actions to approve air quality implementation plans for Allegheny County, Pennsylvania, allowing the local health department to issue operating permits to major stationary sources and establish a federally enforceable state operating permit program.
