SEC Approves NASD Rule Change for Limited Offerings

The Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) has approved a proposed rule change by the National Association of Securities Dealers (NASD) that will apply certain NASD rules to limited offerings exempt from SEC Rule 504 and the Securities Exchange Act of 1934, as well as intra-state-only offerings.
