EPA Reopens Comment Period for Ozone Standard Rescission Proposal

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) is extending the public comment period for its proposal to rescind the 1-hour ozone standard in certain areas, initially set to close on December 1, 1999, and now set to reopen on January 3, 2000, following public requests.
