FAA Issues Airworthiness Directive Amendment for Airbus A300, A310, and A300-600 Series Airplanes

The FAA has issued an Airworthiness Directive (AD) amendment for Airbus Model A300, A310, and A300-600 series airplanes, requiring modification of the free fall control mechanism of the landing gear to prevent malfunction and ensure proper release of the main landing gear. The modification must be made in accordance with a corrected version of the manufacturer's service bulletin.
