EPA Requests Public Comment on Mercury Emission Standard

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) is requesting public comment on the National Emission Standard for Mercury, a regulation that aims to reduce mercury emissions from power plants. The request, OMB 2060-0097, is due to expire on January 31, 2000, and must be reviewed and approved by the Office of Management and Budget (OMB).
