U.S. Issues Preliminary Determinations on Carbon Pipe Imports from Japan and South Africa

The U.S. Commerce Department has made preliminary determinations that imports of certain large and small diameter carbon pipes from Japan and the Republic of South Africa are sold at less than fair value, potentially leading to tariffs on these imports.
