Missouri Seeks EPA Approval for Lead-Based Paint Activities in Target Housing and Child-Occupied Facilities

The State of Missouri has submitted an application to the EPA for authorization to administer and enforce regulations related to lead-based paint activities in target housing and child-occupied facilities, following a self-certification of meeting the necessary requirements under the Toxic Substances Control Act (TSCA).
