EPA Proposes Approval of Connecticut's Ozone Attainment Demonstration Plan

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) is proposing to approve a plan submitted by the Connecticut Department of Environmental Protection (CT DEP) to demonstrate ground-level one-hour ozone attainment in the Greater Connecticut Ozone Nonattainment Area, with an alternative disapproval if a motor vehicle emissions budget is not submitted.
